Exploring Relationship

February 5, 2020

Reading Expanding into Love invites me to describe my ideal relationship. I am timid to say what I want, lest I act selfishly and arrogantly. With openness to receiving companionship even better than I “want” I now describe my yearning.

I am blessed with a partner and  with companions who share my propensity to use the tools of Radical Living: Satori, 13 Steps, Worksheets, Walks for a Singing Heart. My loves even bring other modalities that resonate with raising our vibration. We sing. We seek and find classical and modern music. We make music. We support each other with Touch for Health, B.E.S.T., and Contact Reflex Analysis, yoga, chanting, Cranial-Sacral balancing, even natural balancing modalities I don’t know yet. Massage happens. Together, we support each other’s physical, emotional, and spiritual balancing and invigorating.

We walk in Nature for long and short distances. We blend our professional skills and passions to create a vibrant livelihood which feels fulfilling and supports our abundance and service to the Earth and humanity. Together, we explore new places, trails, cultures, languages and countries.

We talk regularly about real experiences and support our emotional journeys with compassion and skill. We attract the support of others who support us as a couple and/or team. Sexual intimacy is gentle, magical, creatively expressive, enveloping us in a sensually delightful mystery of mutual exploration we can only reach together.

We create art together in media that feel easy, beautiful, and compatible. Artistic expression is a way we mutually observe Nature and converse with each other.

Food is another medium we use to nourish our bodies, our pleasure, our service, our community friendships, our relationship with Earth and humanity. It includes herbs, essential oils, sprouts, solar cooking, dehydrating, celebrations, potlucks, even rituals that magnify our high vibration shared in other areas of life.

We design, choose, imagine, laugh, converse easily, fantasize, try new things together, listen, question, challenge, have different views, and keep conversations going until we reach win-win-win proposals that are always better than anyone’s singular idea.

Old Stories are our gracious starting points which we acknowledge, love and accept. New Stories are our gateways to courageous, determined, and active engagement for the rest of our lives and beyond. Even physical death is a frontier we explore together.
