Regina is an experienced long distance hiker. She has hiked up and down the continental United States.

Appalachian Trail

Regina spent more than half a year hiking the Appalachian trail from Maine to Georgia. Here are a few pictures from the trip! During this journey Regina recorded her progress in her Trail Journal here.

Pacific Crest Trail

After finishing the AT, Regina spent a little time preparing then set out to accomplish the next trail! The Pacific Crest trail stretches from Mexico all the way to Canada. You can read about the hike here.

Benton MacKaye Trail

Regina’s latest long-distance hike was the Benton MacKaye trail, which snakes through Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Unlike her other hikes, Regina hiked the BMT solo, without a partner.
