Why Forgiveness Walks?

Have you ever been upset and “walked it off”?

Do you take a brisk walk to wake up, or to slow down and reconnect with your imagination?

Have you ever walked with a friend and talked something over to find it resolved when you’re finished?

Walking in Nature awakens our senses and arouses our connection with our Higher Self.  It enlivens our bodies and uses both sides of our brain. In this enlivened state, we’re likely to have subconscious thoughts rise up for consideration.

Forgiveness Walks, developed by Radical Forgiveness Coach Regina Reiter, combine the health and psychological benefits of walking in nature with the powerful tools of Radical Forgiveness for personal transformation.  With Forgiveness Walking, you’ll have more energy, you’ll improve your relationships with yourself and others, you’ll feel free of emotional baggage from the past, and you’ll have better results creating what you want in your life.

What is a Forgiveness Walk?

A Forgiveness Walk is a walk in which one walks in a natural area, using one of the tools of Radical Forgiveness to address a situation that is troubling or upsetting.  The tool takes the walker through the five stages of Radical Forgiveness while walking integrates the shift of energy that occurs while using the Radical Forgiveness process.

Nature enhances our connection to our higher consciousness which inspires us to look at our situation differently.

What is Radical Forgiveness?

Radical Forgiveness is a spiritual technology created by Colin Tipping, author of Radical Forgiveness, Making Room for the Miracle It is a practical approach to the challenge of forgiving another person or ourselves, usually considered to be something that takes a long time, has no practical method, is often only done by exceptional people, and is difficult to do. Radical Forgiveness, by contrast, can be quick, works by doing step-by-step activities that get noticeable results, can be done by anyone, and is easy to do.
